Aorawa Time offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China via air freight.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

All orders ship via air freight. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days after dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedules, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for all orders. We do not charge additional shipping fees at checkout.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are included or handled by Aorawa Time where required. If any additional charge is required by local customs authorities, we will contact you before proceeding.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Aorawa Time is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
