How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aorawatime.com. We can help with changes or cancellations only before an order has been processed or shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Aorawa Time offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. After processing, most orders are delivered in approximately 7 business days. Delivery time may vary by destination and customs processing.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide a reasonable solution.

How do I start a return?
Email support@aorawatime.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Warranty

Do Aorawa Time watches include a warranty?
Yes. Aorawa Time watches include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, water exposure beyond the stated water-resistance level, or normal wear and tear.
