Refund & Return Policy

Aorawa Time wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

How to Request a Return

Email support@aorawatime.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped, Aorawa Time will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or return-label arrangement.

Two-Year Warranty

Aorawa Time watches include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repairs, water exposure beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance level, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including earrings and other body-contact accessories where applicable. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
